We fit the bike to your height, assemble bags, pack the repair kit, and do a full mechanical check. You get a pre-ride checklist.

If yours isn't here, just message us. Most riders ask 2–3 things before booking — that's the whole point of WhatsApp-first.

The MTB (full suspension, Shimano components), complete bag system (frame bag, handlebar roll, rear panniers, seat pack), helmet (fitted and sanitized), full repair kit including brake pads, and the correct tubes for your bike. Plus pre-trip planning, a video call with us, and WhatsApp support throughout the ride.
A hydration pack/CamelBak is strongly recommended — the bikes have one bottle mount, which isn't enough for long remote days. We'll tell you exactly what to bring on our pre-trip call.
We fit the bike to your height and riding position at pickup. We have a range of sizes. Tell us your height when you message us and we'll confirm availability.
Yes. We'll discuss the deposit amount and terms when we confirm your booking.
